Privilege Log Builder for Litigation ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps legal professionals create and export privilege log entries for litigation discovery. All entries are stored locally on the user's device. No documents, privileged communications, or case data are ever uploaded to any server.

Data Collection

The Extension does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the following exception: the email address used by the payment provider, ExtensionPay, for one-time purchase processing. Specifically:

All privilege log entries, matter data, deletion trash, and preferences are stored locally on the user's device using the Chrome Storage API (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves the device.

Third-Party Services

The Extension uses ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) to process one-time payments via Stripe and verify purchase status. ExtensionPay receives only the user's email address for payment processing. Privilege log content, matter data, and document descriptions are never shared with ExtensionPay or any other third party.
