Quick Contact Notes ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps users save personal contacts, notes, follow-up dates, and birthdays locally in their browser, with reminder notifications.
The Extension does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Specifically:
All user data — including contact names, companies, notes, dates, tags, and saved page URLs — is stored locally on the user's device using the Chrome Storage API (chrome.storage.local). This data never leaves the device.
If the Extension is uninstalled, all stored data is removed. We strongly recommend exporting your contacts periodically using the built-in export feature.
The Extension requests the following permissions:
The Extension does not request host_permissions for general web browsing. The only website it interacts with is extensionpay.com, used solely to verify a one-time purchase (see below).
The Extension uses ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com) to process one-time payments and verify purchase status. When a user upgrades to the Pro version, payment is handled by ExtensionPay via Stripe. No contact data or personal information stored in the Extension is shared with these services — only the information you enter directly on the ExtensionPay checkout page (such as email and payment method) is processed by them.
For ExtensionPay's privacy practices, see https://extensionpay.com/privacy.
The Extension is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
